LOAN COUNCIL AND PREMIERS' CONFERENCE MEETINGS.
Statement by the Acting Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. McEwen. M.P.

The Acting Prime Minister, Mr. McEwen, announced today the dates of the next Loan Council and Premiers Conference meetings. They will be held in Canberra on Tuesday, 23rd, Wednesday, 24th, and Thursday, 25th June.

Mr. McEwen said that the main aim of the Premiers' Conference will be the completion of the discussions held at the Special Premiers' Conference in March of this year on Commonwealth-State financial relations.
