Statement by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Menzies
The Incuiry into the loss of HMAS " VOYAGER" will
be by Royal Commission.
TLe Royal Commissioner will be Mr. Justice
Spicer, Chief Judge in the Industrial Court.
The Terms of Reference will be announced as soon
as possible. They are at present under close discussion.
