NORTH BALWYN, VICTORIA.
I send cordial greetings to the congregation
of St. Silas' and yourself on this significant
occasion. The inter-denominational character of
your ceremony is surely a most worthy recognition of
the Christian heritage we share and of which this
ancient stone will be a permanent symbol.
