advancement and to prepare material dealing with these policies for Government

The Prime Minister, Mr. William McMahon, announced today that
the Commonwealth Director-General of Health, Sir William Refshauge, had
been appointed President of the 24th World Health Assembly.
Mr. McMahon said " The election of Sir William Refshauge to
preside over the 24th World Health Assembly is a very great honour, both
for Australia and for Sir William personally.

I would also like to thank Mr. Williams and Mr. Box on your
behalf, and on behalf of myj wife and myself as well, for inviting
us today. It is most appropriate that the building and construction
industry should decide to build this magnificent national headquarters
building in Canberra. It's hard to imagine a more apt way
for the industry to display its presence in the national capital.

DEATH OF SIR RODERICK MILLER

It is with regret that I learnt of the death of
Sir Roderick Miller. Chairman and Managing Director of
R. W. Miller ( Holdings) Limited, Sir Roderick was one
of Australia's leading businessmen.
Amongst other achievements Sir Roderick
Miller was instrumental in revolutionising the handling
of oil in the Australian coastal shipping trade.
He was an outstanding Australian.

arid the first time that a reigning monarch from Nepal has been in the Parliament House
of the Commonwealth. We welcome you and we welcome your wife.
Sir, you should know that there has been a long association in one way or
