PRIME MINISTER
TRANSCRIPT OF COMMENTS, AT RAINBOW ST CHILD CARE CENTRE, SYDNEY,
13 -FEBRUARY I987
I PRDOFONLY
JOURNALIST:-Prime Minister, a May mini budget how likely is that?
PM: All I have got to say about that is that we have kept open
the option of a May statement not a mini budget a statement.
But we have made no decision about that.-it is something that
may happen.
JOURNALIST: Cyclone Joh, Sir? It seems to be running out of steam.
Would you agree?
PM: It never had much intrinsic power, did it?
JOURNALIST! WhA-Arp Air Joh's chances of becominq Prime Minister?
PM: As much as yours and you are not trying.
