PREMIERS' CONFERENCE AND LOAN COUNCIL
Statement by the Prime Minister, Mr John Gorton
Arrangements have now been completed with State
Premiers for meetings of the Premiers' Conference and the Australian
Loan Council to be held in Canberra on Thursday 27 June and
continuing, if necessary, on Friday, 28 June.
I will preside at the Premiers' Conference and
Mr McMahon, as Treasurer, will be Chairman of the Loan Council
