Statement by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. R. G. Menzies
A State Funeral is being arranged for the late Sir
Earle Page. The Church Service will take place at St. Andrew's
Cathedral, Sydney, at 10.30 a. m. on Friday, December 22nd, and
afterwards the cortege will leave for the Northern Suburbs
Crematorium, The Service at the Crematorium will be conducted
by the President of the ivethodist Conference in New South lales,
the Rev. Norman Lickiss.
In the absence of Archbishop Gough overseas the
Service at St. Andrew's Cathedral will he conducted by Bishop
Kerle. CANBERRA, December, 1961.
