ACTING MINISTERS
Statement by the Prime Minister, the Rt, Hon. R. G. Menzies
Mr. Menzies announced today that Sir Garfield
Barwick will act as Minister for External Affairs during his
absence abroad. Senator the Hon. J. G. Gorton will continue
to act as assisting Minister in the External Affairs portfolio.
Mr. F. Osborne will act as Minister for Territories during the
absence of Mr. P. M. C. Hasluck.
