ANZAC DAY MESSAGE FROM HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN
The Prime Minister announced to-day that His Excellency The Governor-General had received the following message from Her Majesty:-
"Once again my thoughts are with my people in the Commonwealth of Australia and New Zealand in the commemoration of Anzac Day, a day of glorious memory of all those whose courage and devotion to duty did so much to ensure victory in two World Wars. The remembrance of their valour and loyalty is an inspiration to us all."
At the request of the Government, His Excellency has sent the following message to Her Majesty:-
"With humble duty I convey the sincere thanks of the Australian people for Your Majesty's
Anzac Day Message."
