The Commonwealth Government will contribute $ 50,000 to the Moura
Mine Disacter Appeal Fund, set up by the local community to aid
the famil. es of the 12 miners killed in last week's tragic

The Queensland Premier is today also announcing a contribution to
the Appeal of $ 50,000 from the Queensland State Government.
