The Prime Minister and Member for Werriwa, Mr Whitlam,
has announced approval of a grant to the Methodist Church
of New South Wales Property Trust for the Ingleburn Pre-school
Kindergarten and Child Care Centre.
Mr Whitlam said that $ 6,422 had been allocated for the
purchase of equipment for the Pre-school Kindergarten and Child
Care Centre. The level of grant was based on an approved list supplied
by the Methodist Church of New South Wales Property Trust.
Mr Whitlam said that this grant was further evidence of
the commitment the Australian Government has towards the
provision of child care facilities in areas where they are
needed and also of the Government's willingness to assist
voluntary organisations in providing much needed services
