PRICES JUSTIFICATION TRIBUNAL
ALCOA OF AUSTRALIA LIMITED
Alcoa of Australia Limited has notified its
acceptance of the racent findings of the Prices
Justification Tribunal in the following terms:
" In accordance with the opinion of the Prices
Justification Tribunal dated 16 August 1974, Alcoa
of Australia Limited will limit its published price
increases in regard to the above matters to the
following weighted average amounts:
Primary Aluminium Ingot .5.30 per kg.
Primary Foundry Ingot 9.90 " t 1
Rolled Products ( Sheet, Plate 9.70
and Foil etc.)
Extruded Products 11.6g
The above price incre ases will be applied to
our current published price lists, which are dated as
follows: All Ingot Price Lists dated 1/ 1/ 1974
Sheet and Plate Price Lists dated 1/ 1/ 1974
Foil Price Lists dated 1/ 1/ 1974,
1/ 4/ 1974 and 1/ 5/ 1974
Extruded Products Price Lists dated 1/ 3/ 1974
The new prices will be effective on all
domestic shipments made on and after 1 Soptember 1974.
As soon as they are printed, we will forward to
the Tribunal duplicate copies of our new price lists
and an explanation of how the weighted average price
increases were implemented by fine product."
When received, new price lists will. be avai ' lable
for inspection at the offices of the Prices Justification
Tribunal 10 Queens Road, Melbourne or 100 William Street,
Sydney. Canberra, A. C. T.
