Rudd Wrong on Military Commission
Last night on the Lateline program, the Leader of the Opposition, Mr Kevin Rudd, falsely claimed that there would be no presumption of innocence should David Hicks face trial before a Military Commission. This claim, which he has made before, is completely wrong.
