Launceston Flood Protection
The Australian Government will provide up to $13 million to Tasmania to enable flood protection works to be undertaken around the Launceston suburb of Invermay.
The funding is conditional on the availability of matching funds from the Tasmanian Government and Launceston City Council, and would be delivered under the Australian Government's Natural Disaster Mitigation Program.
